Newport Lutheran Church has tradition of giving to those in need locally, nationally, and globally.  Each month a different ministry partner is highlighted.  In addition to receiving information about the ministry partner,  the opportunity is given to support them financially through a special offering.  Since beginning these monthly mission offerings 30 years ago Newport Lutheran Church as given over $250,000!

In addition to financial support the quilters group has donated over 1,000 quilts. Hats, scarves and mittens are collected, school supplies are donated, and families are adopted at Christmas.

This is a vital way we live into our mission to be a caring community that shares faith, shows love, and lives as disciples of Christ!
